May 14 Enrichment Night

Thanks to all who attended our "meal planning" enrichment activity last night. I am so certain that I am the one who benefited the most from everyone's participation! It is great to get ideas and share strategies for "doing dinner" with the family. One idea that I meant to emphasize in our discussion was how very important it is to family relationships to cherish the tradition of family meals together. I gather that was a principle that needed no elaboration in this group as witnessed that we were all here together to improve or enhance our family meal by planning ahead for it. I will send out an updated internet site list to those receiving my emergency preparedness emails.
