Food Storage Emphasis
Plan to dry pack can your wheat, flour, sugar, milk or beans on Saturday, March 28 at the Chamberlin Home or reserve a spot to can at the Fountain Valley Cannery with the Mission Viejo Stake by contacting Betty Campbell. I have several cans of dough enhancer and a few buckets of gluten for those interested in those items for whole wheat breadmaking. Let me know.

I'd like some gluten. How big are the buckets? How long does gluten last? How do you store it?
